Also known as Dwarf Hair Grass, this plant is a perfect foreground plant, growing very short, bright green leaves in tightly packed clusters that resemble fine blades of grass. It creates new plantlets via runners and this is encouraged with regular trimming.
Eleocharis Belem grows well in high tech or low tech aquariums provided with a nutrient rich substrate or regular fertilisation. Under medium to high light, this plant will grow at a medium to fast rate to fill out your foreground with a beautiful grassy lawn.
