Reef Anabolics has been proven to increase growth and colouration for both Small Polyp Stony (SPS) corals and Large Polyp Stony (LPS) corals by supplying a balanced blend of key trace elements.

Reef Anabolics can be utilised for Ultra Low Nutrient System (ULNS) together with amino acids for best results.

Reef Anabolics Trace Element Support System consists of four main crucial products:

These products are required to be dosed together in conjunction with Randy’s Recipe 1 or 2.

Reef Metals PRO
A unique blend developed for SPS corals. Essential for respiration function, maintaining coloration and coral health.

Reef Halogen
Contains bromine for chromoprotein synthesis and skeleton construction, fluorine to support the calcification process and iodine to enhance blues and violet colouration.

Reef Booster
The key to all-round exponential growth and will be experienced in the initial dosing phase. It is the catalyst with a blend of boron and other key elements that amplifies its counterparts.

Strontium and barium are essential for coral, supporting and maintaining calcium carbonate precipitation.

Reef Booster: the key to all-round exponential growth and will be experienced in the initial dosing phase. It is the catalyst with a blend of boron and other key elements that amplifies its counterparts (Reef Halogen, Reef Growth and Reef Metals), waking up your dormant corals with accelerated calcification. 

Instructions (Reef Booster): Mix the Reef Booster powder with 2L of Reverse Osmosis (RODI) water. Stir until the content is completely dissolved. Empty the Reef Booster solution into dosing container. Daily dosing of 1ml per 100L of the systems full volume (for a heavily stocked tank). For standard systems not heavily stocked, dose 50% of the recommended dose.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: All four products must be dosed. Do not dose Reef Booster without Reef Growth, Reef Halogen and Reef Metals. Individual results from the use of this product may vary. Calcium – 132g of calcium chloride per 1L RODI

Alkalinity – 100g of sodium carbonate (soda ash) per 1L RODI

Mix 3L of calcium and alkalinity in two separate dosing containers as per above instructions.

Instructions (Reef Growth): Fill the bottle with Reverse Osmosis (RODI) water to the top of bottle rim (this is the 1L mark). Close lid and shake vigorously until the content is completely dissolved. Mix 13ml of Reef Growth solution per 1L of calcium chloride solution - calcium.

Reef Halogen: Contains bromine for chromoprotein synthesis and skeleton construction, iodine to enhance blues and violet colouration and fluorine to support the calcification process. Reef Halogen enhances metabolical requirements and the cellular process for tank inhabitants. It also assists in the thinning of zooxanthellae.

Calcium – 132g of calcium chloride per 1L RODI

Alkalinity – 100g of sodium carbonate (soda ash) per 1L RODI

Mix 3L of calcium and alkalinity in two separate dosing containers as per Instructions.
